Upcoming Biogas Training Sessions

EcoMetrix Africa commissioned by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), invites you to three upcoming online biogas training sessions. Funded and coordinated by UNIDO and held virtually via Zoom, the training is free of charge and highly recommended for individuals and companies interested in biogas, in particular SMMEs, farmers, plant inspectors, and operators.

The first General Session on Biogas (14 April 2021 at 10h00-12h00) addresses Biogas Basics; Finance and Funding; and Project Development.

The Training Session for Plant Inspectors and Operators (22 April 2021 at 10h00-12h00) covers topics such as Biogas Plant Operation and Operating Parameters; Operation Safety; and Plant Maintenance.

The Training Session for Farmers and SMMEs (23 April 2021 at 10h00-12h00) looks at the viability and benefits of local farm-scale biogas projects; typical plant designs; and plant safety and regulations.
