Draft Methodological Guidelines for Quantification of GHG Emissions (2021)

The Methodological Guidelines for Quantification of GHG Emissions were published as a draft for public comment in November 2020. The Methodological Guidelines, when finalized, will replace the Technical Guidelines for Monitoring, Reporting and Verification of GHG Emissions by Industry released in April 2017. The updated Guidelines describe the methodology for reporting GHG emissions as specified in the National GHG Emissions Reporting Regulations (NGERs). The Methodological Guidelines (2021) aim to rectify issues noted in the Technical Guidelines (2017).
