Explanatory Memorandum – Draft Taxation Law Amendment Bill

The TLAB 2020 memorandum includes Section 8 regarding the Carbon Tax Act and specifically the alignment of the tax with the carbon fuel levy (8.1) as well as a so called cost pass-through which compensates refineries.
